This project was a beach house that was full design - from reconfiguring parts of the layout, to installing a pool, this home was mostly taken down to the studs. The terrazzo floors were salvaged and the interior styling was also done by us.
After // looking toward entry you can see where built -in’s were added and a little more room upon entering the house with the removal of the closet.
Removed closet at entry so it felt less crowded

Where the kitchen wall once stood, now there is an island opening to the rest of the house.
Original entry with closet you walked right into.

This was our clients first home! Essentially, we just made the space “theirs” by using what they had and adding a few things here and there.
